Administrators review property details, media, documentation, and listing information for accuracy and completeness before approving it for publication.

Land purchases often involve negotiation before a deal is finalized. Instead of forcing buyers to either accept or reject the asking price, the platform supports a counter-offer workflow that encourages transparent negotiations between buyers and sellers.
